So, I've been lucky to discover the art of metalsmithing. The question for me is: what do these shapes that come from inside me mean? I'm sure I do not have a concrete answer. I do know that the process of working with metal absolutely excites me. With each new tool I acquire, a new method of manipulating metal is born. The shapes I choose change in how they relate to one another within this process. This art form will be forever evolving for me. What more could I ask?
