Lisa Crowder
Lisa graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 1998, earning a BFA in Studio Art with concentrations in Metals & Ceramics. She further studied at the University of New South Wales College of Fine Arts (Sydney, Australia), Penland School of Craft and Arrowmont School of Craft.
Inspired by the world around her, metalsmith Lisa Crowder approaches her designs in an architectural way building form on top of form to create beautiful, wearable structures. Form, color, line and balance are the core elements of the Lisa Crowder jewelry line. Through the combination of metals, pieces are carefully crafted into easily wearable three-dimensional works of art using mixed metals and enamel.
