HOW DO I CARE FOR MY MELLE FINELLI JEWELRY?
The best way to keep your Melle Finelli jewelry clean is to wear it everyday.
If your silver does need a little love simply wash with a soft brass brush and dish soap.
You can also use Wright's Silver Cream which can be found at your local hardware store. And it works wonders!

What is bimetal?
Bimetal is a composite material made from two metals fused together in a sheet. My bimetal jewelry is made with a layer of 18k gold on one side, and sterling silver on the other.
All bimetal jewelry will be marked as such in the product description.
Ethical Materials & Responsible Sourcing
My work is made using 100% recycled precious metals and Fairmined gold, with a fully traceable supply chain through Alliance for Responsible Mining (ARM), certified through SCS Global Services.
All gemstones are responsibly sourced by a family-owned and operated gem house that developed the world's first Fair Trade Gems® Protocols, focusing on mine-to-market traceability for every gemstone they sell. They are committed to creating a positive impact at every stage, supporting both the people and the environment involved.
Scrap metal from my studio is recycled and creatively reused before it is sent to be refined.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Online orders ship within 3-4 days but sometimes it can be longer due to travel for shows.
If you're pressed for time please get in touch and I'll provide a time frame.

SHIPPING COSTS
Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping anywhere in the US (typically 5-8 days).
USPS Priority shipping: $12
UPS Ground Advantage shipping (typically 5-8 days): $24
International Shipping
USPS International First Class, no tracking or insurance included: $35
USPS International Priority, includes tracking and insurance: $60
We do everything we can to ensure the safe delivery of your packages.
Please note, we are not responsible for packages lost in transit when shipping with USPS International First Class Mail. For this reason, we suggest choosing USPS International Priority mail, which includes insured delivery.
You will receive a partial refund if the total shipping cost to your country is less than quoted.
return policy
I hope you LOVE your new pieces! If by chance it is not love, you are welcome to return it for a full refund within 7 days of receiving it. The refund will not include any shipping fees.
The pieces must be unworn, and not damaged in any way. See Ring Policy below.
You will be responsible for return shipping fees and insurance.
Ring policy
Rings can be sized after purchase.
Once the ring is sized it cannot be returned.
If at any point your fingers grow or shrink, and your ring needs to be resized again, no problem!
Pricing will vary depending on the complexity and material of the ring. There will be a minimum charge of $50, which will include refinishing and return shipping to you.
